Services

You do not need to diagnose yourself before reaching out.

You may recognize yourself in more than one of these areas. That is completely understandable. People rarely arrive with only one concern, and grief, trauma, anxiety, relationships, and identity often overlap. We can begin by talking about what is happening in your life and what you hope will feel different.

You do not have to wait until everything becomes unbearable.

Reaching out does not mean you have failed to cope. It can be the first step toward having a place where you no longer have to carry everything by yourself.
