Grief & Bereavement
Grief does not follow a timetable.
Grief rarely looks the way people expect, and it does not end when others stop asking how you are. Therapy can offer a place where your loss is taken seriously for as long as it takes — without pressure to be 'better' by a certain date.

Losses we may work with together
- The death of a loved one
- Sudden or traumatic loss
- Anticipatory grief, when loss is approaching
- Complicated or prolonged grief experiences
- Multiple losses arriving close together
- The loss of a relationship, home, health, role, future, or identity
- Grief that other people do not recognize or understand
How therapy can help
Together we can make room for the full weight of what you are carrying — the sadness, and also the anger, guilt, relief, numbness, or love that may be tangled inside it. Grief is not a disorder to be fixed; it is a response to something that mattered.
The goal is not to erase love or force closure. Therapy can help you make room for grief, understand how it has changed you, and gradually reconnect with life in a way that feels honest.
